Thank you for the link.
I watched it yesterday, but didn't have a tape for my VCR.
The "where the Mallorys USED to live" deadpan line got Hurley interested, and they expanded that line of questioning. They also got in the Genesis connections and Dale's having no legitimate souce of income the century. PRICELESS.
Hurley's last line about this being an ongoing story that we would hear more about tells me the story has legs.
Too bad they didn't know about the FBI investigation when it taped.

Mr. Dallory, thank you for the link. This is nice to keep on file.

FYI everyone, Dean has just now starting a discussion about the Mallorys & the deceit they continue to spin that they live on Dayton St. Gosh, don't laugh your shorts off!

Someone answered & told him this was old news, that the Truth Squad has already taken care of this. Well, he got his little panties all bunched & knotted up learning that he's late to the game, but he's going to regurgitate it anyway for discussion.

Imagine that. And if my memory serves me correctly, wasn't it Dean who did all that fingerpointing, acting so pompous & righteous, condemning the Truth Squad & its loyal supporters? Hmm? Yes indeedy, it certainly was Dean. Playing God, Judge & Jury. Now, he's remixing the story. He claims he now has time to do the story.

Time? Why, all that boy does is sit on his tookus blogging all day & taking to task people who don't do the homework for him, while he lets people like Smitherman, P-bag Nicole Davis & N8 skate for free. Doesn't have gainful employment. I think someone just recently tossed that in his face.

Go Truth Squad! First with accurate, honest & factual news!

Hey Carstairs, do you want the story getting play?

Gee whiz!

I have syndicated posts from this blog at The Beacon, emailed its writers, and tried to figure some of this stuff out.

I see they seem to know their stuff. Just because I was not predisposed to believe it does not make me a villan.

If anything, I have shown myself to have an open mind.

Dean,
Peace bro!
Welcome to the source of truth and light.
I hope you enjoyed my October 2005 Email to Jason and Fannie.
That started the Mallorys long string of lies to the Petersens.

Quite a bit of interest on Mallory abodes on Dean's blog.
Let's be nice to the Dean. He was a non-believer, but he is seeing the light now.
Dean......tonight's WECC meeting is at 7pm at Lincoln Center on Linn.
Stop by, talk to the WECC members. Get a sense of how they view the Mallorys, CityLink and the EZ.
The WECC was ruled by force and Junebugs paid thugs for years.
The corruption extended to Genesis and the EZ. The WECC WAS a base of Mallory power.
The Mallorys went too far. Their lies and ties to CityLink sparked a revolution......off with thier heads.
Dean, you will be welcome. And, you will get the other side of the story.

Petersen's sister and brother-in-law Feustel are digging into voter fraud in NY. They nailed ex-Vp candidate Geraldine Ferraro and the Zaccario Mafia. Sound familiar.
Saltaire NY is a small summer village where 1/2 the people vote twice...at their beach homes and their homes in NYC. Petersen's sister Victoria and husband Noel are stirring things up there. Crooked voting seems to be a national problem. Links below (may be outdated and you may need you to register):

Suffolk Jury Looks Into Issue of Dual Voting by Second-Home Owners (including Geraldine A. Ferraro)
NY Times ^ | June 10, 2006 | BRUCE LAMBERT and JULIA C. MEAD

Posted on 06/09/2006 11:15:13 PM PDT by neverdem

A Suffolk County grand jury subpoenaed election records for Saltaire on Fire Island yesterday after complaints that some summer residents had voted illegally by casting ballots there and in the communities where they live most of the year, county officials said.

Prosecutors declined to comment. But critics of the village government have accused several people of dual voting, including Geraldine A. Ferraro, the former Democratic vice presidential nominee, and her husband, John A. Zaccaro Sr.

Voting records bear out those assertions.

For decades Ms. Ferraro has voted regularly in her hometown, New York City, but since 2001, she and her husband have also voted in the spring village elections in Saltaire, where they have had a summer home for 42 years, records show.

State law forbids anyone to be an active voter in two different places, and violators can face criminal prosecution, say election officials and other legal experts. "Maintaining two voting residences is a violation of the law and a criminal violation," said Henry T. Berger, a lawyer and specialist in election law.

Ms. Ferraro adamantly denied in a telephone interview yesterday that she and her husband had broken the law, and she questioned the accuracy of the records. She did acknowledge that they had voted in village elections, saying it was permitted by special registration at Village Hall.

"We have voted in the village the way everybody else does. The only requirement is you have to have lived there 30 days before the election. If that's illegal, the village should not have those registration days," said Ms. Ferraro, a lawyer.

Ms. Ferraro and her husband are not the only ones to have voted in two places where they have homes.

One village trustee, Bruce A. Rich, has acknowledged also voting in Manhattan, where he lives and works as...

A comment left by "funnelcake" on my piece about the Mallory residency seems to shed light on potential "voter fraud."

Dean,
We Truth Squaders have open minds too.
Perhaps the voting address is a bigger deal than we thought. Funnelcake brings up excellent points.
One additional angle to consider: INTENT
1)When Mark signed home mortgage papers, HE SIGNED A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT HE INTENDED TO LIVE IN MT AIRY
2)When he voted @ 907 Dayton St he swore his INTENDED home was Dayton Street.
The Mallory's INTENT changes with the wind.
The Mallorys want it both ways.
Memo to the Mallorys.....there is a paper trail. The FBI will follow your voting fraud, your mortgage loan fraud, Dale's WECC theft, the 925 Dayton fiasco, the EZ/CityLink fraud.
There is so much incriminating paper.
So many lies caught on tape and in print.
Dean, THANK YOU! You have given the Truth Squad one more angle to follow.

Hi Dean,
Welcome to this blog. I appreciate your help and you are very welcome here. Carstairs I also understand and share your frustration with City politics. I think no matter if you are conservitive or liberal we have a common interest here. Neither wants to see this corruption continue. i think we all want crime to go down and Cincinnati to prosper. lets put the past behind us and move forward to fight this together.

I apologize & will digress to Dean. Hopefully, by working together we can get a resolution on this Mallory voting business.

I'm a very strong advocate for honest & fair voting practices. What goes for one, goes for everyone, with no exceptions.

One individual to push up against the wall is the BOE's director, John Williams. That so in so is good for threatening every day people, let's see how good he is at explaining this Dayton St. vs. Mt. Airy voting scheme. He's slick at rattling off the voter fraud clauses & he's good for dodging the real point.

Hello Truth Squad,
See Korte's 6/13/06 story:
http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060613/NEWS01/306130020/-1/all
"
The mayor acknowledged last week his brother contacted him about state and city funding for the Empowerment Corp. and about Citylink – but said it would be a mistake to call it lobbying.

“Dale is my brother and WE BOTH live on Dayton Street. And Citylink is an issue,” he said. “He never tried to sway my position on Citylink or anything like that. I’ve talked to my mother more than anyone about Citylink.” "
Just one month ago, the Mayor was quoted that he lived on Dayton Street. The Mayor knew the Truth Squad had outed him. HE CONTINUED THE LIE!!!
Dale Mallory still says he wasn't impeached. He says he's WECC President. He closed incriminating WECC bank accounts in June. He refused to answer any questions about his EZ conflict of interest work.
TELL the TRUTH!. The web of lies is is print and you just spin more lies!

And while we're on the continuing trail of being dishonest...

907 Dayton St. Wm L & Fannie Mallory
2.5% Stadium Tax Credit YES.

To be eligible for the stadium tax credit, persons listed on the deed & on the tax bill MUST live on the property. The property MUST be their PRIMARY residence.

As an olive branch to Dean, I'm going to put it over in his area.

To peterson: sorry I am new to this blog and trying hard to get caught up. I dont understand what you mean by Fanny doesn live on Dayton Str. It was my understanding that the Mallorys live on Dayton street. When I heard about the cityLink issue I figured that if the Mayor doesnt mind living next to it then it must be ok. I guess I dont understand why the media hasnt picked up on it if the Mallorys really dont live in the West End.

To Anon 5:16
The Mayor and his father bought a home in Mt Airy in 2002. They moved there in 2002. They were very quiet about it and went to great lengths to have the Dayton St phone #'s forwarded etc.
This story was to continue the Mallory political myth.
When the Mayor continues to claim he LIVES on Dayton St as a way to support CityLink, I felt the truth needed to come out.
The media knows 2 homes can be a judgement call, and they felt they needed to take the Mayor's word.
But facts are facts.
The Mallorys told me they were moving. I helped move their furniture (specifically the Mayor's antique bedroom set that he bought in Oakley). I visited them on many occasions. THEY LIVE THERE!

Great front page coverage this morning, Truth Squad! Hats off to you!

Also notice EZ has hired the Taft law firm, with Bill Seitz as their lead hound. The guy is cut throat.

Hope the WECC meeting went well last evening.

Mr. Dallory, I hope you are going to make a new post about the meeting last night. Congratulations on the Enquirer coverage. I will still never forget the where the Mallorys USED to live line.

Carstairs...."the guy is cut throat".
Yeah...our tax dollars being spent on $400/hr lawyers to defend Dale and Cleveland.
The same spin CityLink used: "disgruntled Pepper supporters".
Now it's Eve Bolton.
Classic......deny the charges and attack those asking questions. For the money the EZ will pay these guys, you would think they could come up with something more original.

The Mayor has an antique bedroom set? I have trouble believing this. He's so virile, there is no way he is the type to go antiquing.

It's fu-fu 1930's reproduction french set he bought for about $1,800 at that antique mall on Madison Road.
Darling, it's perfect (except the set doesn't fit in the Mt Airy small bedroom).

It's really a vast right wing conspiracy.
Bolton?
Pepper supporters?
See a pattern? Deny.....and then blame the people that ask all the right questions.
See what you get for $400/hour.
These are our TAX DOLLARS paying for this BS defense.
