Howard Beatty was appointed to the board of directors of the Cincinnati Empowerment Corporation by Dale B. Mallory.

I must have missed where Kabaka asked to get gunned down by a functionally illiterate dishwasher.

Damn, there are sure advantages to being connected. I really feel sorry for Oba's brother, he looked so torn and angry on the news. Oba was far from perfect, but to quote the post, I don't remember him asking to get blown away by an illiterate dishwasher.

How about a story on Mia and Joe Mallory?
Joe is on the Board of Elections and working on Dale's campaign.
Joe's wife Mia is Dale's camapaign treasurer.
We all know Daddie works on Election Rules Committee.
When Hale workers get forms at the BOE, Joe followed them to car and takes plate #'s.
TS this is unseemly to say the least.
Are there any ethics violations here? Washed-up ex mailman Joe is doing what he can to fix the election in Dale's favor.
Anon 8:13, excellent idea. I knew Joe worked at BOE, and I believe his wife being treasurer is just a front because Joe legally can't be since he's on BOE. That's a shame if he is really taking down license plate numbers. Being that Mia is a pediatrician at Children's Hospital, seems odd that she would be a campaign treasurer, IMO.

What is this? Is Joe Mallory some sort of Forms Manager? Cridy, they're everywhere!
This is going to be a pain, but park elsewhere & not close in to the BOE Building, where it's going to make it so EZ to get tag numbers.
I can't imagine CPD running plates just because a Mallory insisted upon it, unless they're making up some bogus story, "They drove past my house last night & tossed eggs at our precious Granny Goose all dressed up on the porch."
Big Daddy must have someone on the take at the BMV who's running these tag numbers.
Unethical? Yep. Illegal? Yep again, because we're not committing crimes.
Can we prove ethical challenges? That's where it gets sticky. We can carp to the police, but the Mallorys already have all our info in their databases, including social security number, date of birth & Court Control & Jail ID numbers, for those who've been there.
However, there could be some real ethics violations in being employed at the BOE & working on a campaign. I thought that treachery went out when Socko died.
But then a bunch of Hale YES! folks seen Dale prancing around Mt. Airy in a Mallory shirt doing his lit drop thing.
Rules are made to be broken by the Mallorys.
We're just going to have to outsmart & outwit them on every move.
NOTE: Hale pollworkers, remember this. Park away from the polling place you choose to work & make sure to look around when parking. Make darned sure you're not followed back to your car. This Mallory outfit will no doubt send paid slugs to record every car in front, across the street & in the lot of all the polling places.
Back to Howdy. He could end up in Lucasville. He could end up in any of the joints in S. Ohio. One place he doesn't want to be is Lebanon. Gamba Oba is bunking up there!!!!
Channel 5 news this evening made the statement that he probably won't leave prison alive, based on age & health. He goes to Lebanon, it won't be because of age & health.
I'm attempting to snag Cunningham's show, but I'm going to have to keep picking away at it. I got so busy, it didn't enter my mind to put Willie on while doing my thing.

I think the point wasn't to fret about the Mallory Mafia taking down TS info, the key point is Joe's role in Dale's campaign.
A blind person can see his involvement.
Hell, Dale's EZ invoices show he was working Queensgate voter registration with Jos and charging the EZ.
We have BOE Joe and his Treasurer wife working on a State campaign. Is a law being broken? If so, how do we best ENFORCE it?

David Pepper led all night for Mayor until the last precinct came in. In Chicago they used to hold out the precincts that they could control in order to ascertain how many votes that they needed. It could still be done, but you would need connections at the BOE and the precinct level to pull it off.
Joe Mallory would be a threat, however, it appears that he is another of the do-nothing, take a salary group. He takes a salary and let's the rest of the employees keep the BOE running. Is it any wonder there is this "you owe me" attitude among these crooks?
Anon 4:11 & Vlad, I didn't mean to play up the car tag capers while diminishing this tawdry business of family having system jobs & running campaigns. Both aspects are extremely smarmy.
There's no point in calling down to the BOE. John Williams, the Director, is only interested in threatening people with Felony 5 voter fraud. And letting people like Alicia Reece & the Mallorys skate on their addresses. It's the "little" people he's after. I guess he gets a charge out of seeing terror in their clueless eyes.
I don't know how much juice the Republican Party will provide, but, I believe it's in their best interests to hop all over this.

JC 8:34, that's exactly what happened. Bond Hill & Roselawn were the last neighborhood wards to be counted. Over last weekend when we were dissecting Markus Jenkins, a Bond Hill resident & a Mallory Mafia enforcer, the questionable Mayor's race came into play in vivid clarity.
Some folks in other unnamed sections of the City complained to the Hamilton County BOE & were not only buffed off, but laughed at & hung up on.
There's nothing but a bunch of snakes & lice in the BOE. Some point in time, they deserve to have that steamy spotlight swung their way for some needed attention. Until then, there won't be any fairness in any election.

Yeah, there's strong smells of complicity. Actually, he admitted on his drama blog that he was close by when Kabaka left City Hall & Howdy came roaring around the corner.
However, he wasn't fast enough to get it off his blabber blog & the unedited version somehow found its way to Deters' office.
After the fact, unnamed City Hall people told me the Council Chambers tapes were examined closely to see if Kabaka got a call, setting him up. That didn't wash. In preparation for this new season, MrsWJr has been in a focused snit on several issues. First, it's hard to find a Newsmaker's broadcast video easily. She was looking for the one of Cleveland and Smith that was shown the week before the one with Tim and Dave. Finally found it. She has notes on it for possible questions.

The final snit was thrown when Pops, in his own offhanded way and after pushing wifey to take him to Hype Park Kroger, dropped the bomb on her about a TSer attending a political function with a possible Mallorybilly operative. The wife was upset. Wife said the singing wasn't that bad, just when it got a little vulgar the way he used the microphone broom she boogied.
