An open letter to the Dean of Cincinnati
Dean,
I contacted the Cincinnati Empowerment Corporation two weeks ago with requests for information. To this day nobody at the CEC will even confirm to me that Dale Mallory was a paid employee of the Cincinnati Empowerment Corporation. Harold Cleveland has yet to call me back.
If the Cincinnati Empowerment Corporation paid Dale over $600 at any time during 2005, they would be required to file Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service. The Cincinnati Empowerment Corporation won’t even confirm the Dale even got a Form 1099.
Executive Director Harold Cleveland has been "indisposed" ever since I have called for an investigation and started asking questions.
I have hit a stone wall. You probably believe that as a young cutting edge investigative reporter that you could do better.
I would like you to try and do better. Please tell me what you find. Dale Mallory listed the Cincinnati Empowerment Corporation as his employer on his ethical filing. Try to get them to confirm that he worked for them. Get a copy of his Form 1099 for me. I will be forever indebted to you.

Another Mallory Mafia coverup and lie.
Dale's zero reportable income will come to light once the Dean and the Truth Squad do their thing.
The real source is of course bribes and shakedown money under the table.
No wonder the EZ is unavailable till May 3rd.

This sounds like a job for Nick Spencer.
Today's Enquirer picked up on Eve's attempts to get the EZ info on Dale.
The EZ lawyer is refusing to give her any info.
They won't confirm Dale ever worked there or if he ever was paid anything.
These guys pay themselves $1.1million taxpayer dollers each year and they hide behind expensive lawyers to hide from questions.
Dale as usual was not available for comment.
Go figure.

Those people have some moxy spending all that taxpayer money and then acting indignent when people call them out.

Anon 7:02, I think he meant indignant. Everyone was warned early on that when the general public approaches these not-for-profits about reviewing public documents, they get their shorts all bunched up.
Indignant is stating it rather politely. These clowns at the EZ & other places that have been called think we're rather low on the IQ. And they've been downright insulting.
That's OK. They'll get their due. The sun doesn't shine on one dog's a## all the time.
