Mallory Avoids Deposition, Drops Case
Dale Mallory has dropped his bid to retake his position as West End Community Council President. In legal documents released today that are not yet on the court's website (courtclerk.org), Dale Mallory stated that he "has no intent of remaining President of the West End Community Council" and that "he is respectfully dismissing this matter [the lawsuit] without prejudice.
Dale Mallory was to be deposed over a week ago under oath, and he skipped that deposition. They rescheduled his deposition for today. Dale Mallory was finally going to have to answer the questions, and answer them under oath. He would have likely been asked about his relationship with CityLink and Mark Stecher, which would have been relevant to the case. Dale's own lawsuit admits CityLink involvement for a longer time than had been previously admitted. Obviously, answering any questions would have been a political disaster for Dale Mallory, especially with the Empowerment Zone investigation on the horizon.
Some questions need to be asked: Will Dale Mallory finally stop trying to claim to people that he is still the President of the West End Community Council? Will he stop calling for alternative meetings that nobody shows up too?
Dale was down at the YMCA last Tuesday night in front of 5 of his friends conducting the "real WECC meeting". I have never heard of anything so pathetic.
If he is finally conceding the gig, will he now facilitate the transfer of records and accounts to the actual administration of the WECC? To this point, Dale and his girlfriend (Ester Williams, the WECC treasurer) have refused to give up any documents. If he is admitting that the jig is up, it is time to hand over the bank account and all the records.
Look for Dale Mallory to drop the other lawsuit as well. That is due in court tomorrow on a motion to dismiss, where it will be dismissed out of court with extreme predjudice. The only reason it hasn't been thrown out as of yet is that the Law Dog has asked for two continuances so far. I doubt the judge will grant another. Dale will drop that case before it goes to court.

I wonder how much Shirley and J Carr will seek in damages. Dale called them criminals and now he withdraws his suit?
They are mad as hell and vow that Dale will pay big time for his spurious,specious and frivolous lawsuits.

Damages? 100% of his "GE Retirement"? 200% of his "consulting fees". Scum like Dale isn't worth suing.

Not so fast on Dale finally giving up the Presidency of the WECC. Did any of you hear his radio ads for State Rep? He's got Cathy Barrett leading off as the Madam & it is clear in this radio spot "President, West End Community Council".
I think you're right on the other lawsuit. Judge Davis doesn't have time to play around with a bunch of crooked, disorganized rummies. He sees enough of that s$%t in the morning with all the damned dope dealers, burglars, robbers & whores. Judge Davis is a laid back, mellow man, but he's not going to put up with this idiotic crapola.
Actually, I hope Shirley & Carr clean Dale the Dog's pockets out. However, I'm sick of people like that dwarf N8 & Lame Lawson clogging up the Courts on our time & our dime.
Just like today, Dale's gonna fold like a cheap, used lawn chair. He knows the heat is on. "Spotlight is on & the roaches are running!"
I need to hear one of these radio ads. If he is claiming to be President of the West End Community Council we can get him for truth in advertising.

Deez Nuts, I heard the advert on da Buzz this afternoon. It was on the guy's show that follows Linc Ware. Perhaps if you connect over the internet, you can replay the show. (Other classy radio stations let you do that. Don't know if budget Buzz has that feature.)
Don't worry about N8 right now. He's plotting to eliminate Joy. He's gone completely over the edge. Runts do that, you know.
This morning, N8's only telling 1/3 of the facts on Dale4Sale's radio ads. It figures, doesn't it?
Somebody posted over at the Dean's that Harold Cleveland was at the EZ's board meeting Monday night. Was that last night? They weren't specific, just making the usual mouth noises.
The truth will tell in less than an hour, friends.
Today we are all champions. Therefore, Dale is a great champion.
Does stay-at-home Dean ever get worried that his breadwinner/wife is off at work meeting men?
She probably frequents hotels while laughting about her husband who "sits at home in front of his computer wearing his bathrobe and a mortar board."
CASE TOSSED BY JUDGE DAVIS:
Dale showed up 25 minutes late. The case was dismissed by that time. Look for Dale's famous "deer in the headlights" look on the Channel 12 news tonight at 6pm.
Their "strategy" was to ask for a THIRD continuance. Judge Davis said...enough is enough and tossed the case.
Dale WAS impeached and is no longer WECC president. He dropped one case and Judge Davis tossed the 2nd case. Now what "spin" is N8 and the Mallory Mafia going to use?
Smell the coffee, your neighbors voted you out and the Judge agrees you don't have a case.
