Is this agenda-driven journalism? No. It is simply not journalism at all. It is agenda driven? Maybe the title of the blog might clue you in to that, you don't even need a cap and gown.
We don't claim to be fair and ballanced. We do want people to look at the issues. Lots of credible factual evidence is out there for a story, if only The Dean could see the forest through the trees.
Maybe that crew should stick to posting stories about how David Pepper killed Kabaka and the whole city is on the brink of another riot. And while we are on David Pepper, he finances this blog and our entire operation. Ask Nate Livingston. In fact, I am David Pepper, and I can't wait to torch Phil Hindlick's ass in the coming election.

Here is my beef: don't you think you could be more effective if you were straightforward, sticking to facts and documentation.
The problem is that your entire thesis becomes questionable due precisely to the subterfuge you mix with your truths.
So how can I trust you? How can any of us?
Don't be journalists. Fine. Be activists who promote the truth. But you leave the truth behind, sometimes, and you make wild claims about Dale Mallory. And I find myself spending time analyzing when you seem to break from the truth -- which leads me to question your claims. When really, you want people to see some truth.
So, stick to truth, or admit that your case is based on rumor.

The "Transition housing" Mallory/Heimlich/moneyflow story is a key that needs development in stopping CityLink.
To Dean, my take on Peterson: he was a non-political friend and neighbor of the senior Mallorys. Read his story in his affidavit on the Colbert case. I think it spells out his journey from Mallory supporter and CityLink neutral to one of many defendants in Dale's lawsuit.
I just read his affidavit. It said Dale threatened him.
Looks like the sworn testimony and source that the Dean asked for.

I attended the CPS ground breaking ceremony for Hayes in the West End today. Dale and his CPS cohorts conspired to have a chair tagged "Dale Mallory West End Community Council President". Ms. Blackwell took care of this little problem in her address by stating that Shirley Colbert was present representing the West End Community Council and acknowledging Dale for his service to the community.
Then Dale's younger brother Mark (Mayor of Cincinnati) in his address continues to perpretrate the LIE that he lives in the West End ...
In Dale's campaign finance reporting he also once again fails to provide his address AND he says his employer is the "EMPOERMENT ZONE" which I guess leaves the EMPOWERMENT ZONE off the hook ... NOT!!! :)

It is my understanding 907 Dayton (also listed by Fannie and Mallory for Citizens in Dale's financial report) is more now an office than a residence I wish the press would just toast the liar on this so we could move on... It is also my understanding that Fannie, Bill Sr. and Mayor Mallory all live in Mt. Airy, however, since I'm not a personal friend of the family I cannot state that with absolute certainty as others who help them move in 2002 have said.

Anon 12:53, the biggest part of Mt. Airy is within the city limits. However, once out on North Bend Road at Vogel, then Green Twp. starts. But older residents will tell you they live in Mt. Airy.
There are several streets that cross the city limits boundary on the west edge of the neighborhood:
Mt. Airy Ave., Gracewood, FAIRHILL DRIVE, just to name a few.
That's a good question why anyone would want to weave a lie about where they reside. It's rather trivial. However, in dealing with the Mallorys, it's all about the persona, furthering their agenda & what they want people to continue to believe - that they are still the stalwart pioneers in the West End, working for the poor folks. It seems that honesty & integrity continues to remain out of their grasp.
Stick around. This is going to get better & better each day, right up to that Primary.
Anon 12:53, believe me, I know. It took me the longest time to digest the fact that Judge Billy was not a fully licensed, legitimate member of the Mallory fold. The day I strolled into his Court Room was the day I got the surprise. (I was there observing, not in line to have him use his ghetto sass on me.)
Get over Judge Billy real soon, as there's more to come on all of this. The Truth Squad will no doubt launch the big volleys later next week. Why show the high cards early in the game?
The Mt Airy home is within city limits.
When the Mallorys were looking to get out of the West End in 2002, they wanted to make SURE they stayed in Cincinnati. They wanted political options.
They live the MYTH that they live in the West End because is's part of their political BRAND. BRAND MALLORY.
They own 907 Dayton and let unemployed Dale live in 917. The senior Mallorys own these buildings. The Mt Airy abode is 1/2 owned by Mark. It's the only real estate he owns. They use 907 as an office, and a place to rest when they are downtown. They lie to reporters and have press conferences on the 907 steps. But their various Lincolns and Caddies are all parked in Mt Airy at night. The parking in front of 907 has activity during the day. The old "MARKS 8" Mark VIII Lincoln that WAS the Mayor's toy is driven by Esther W. the impeached WECC Treasurer that is hiding the financial records for boyfriend Dale. Esther lives doors away and does what the Mafia tell her.
