Mallory Lawsuit Tossed Out of Court

Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead.

Dale Mallory's had his last gasp at regaining the Presidency of the West End Community Council today. Nate Livingston showed up in place of Ken Lawson, and he gave me the paper above. It was hard not to bitch-slap the little man.

Dale Mallory was looking for a third continuance in the case. Dale always knew he had no chance of winning. The goal was to push the date off until after the primary so that he always had plausible deniability. Dale could always claim that he would soon prevail in court, and that we would all see it "when the truth came out".

Well, the truth has come out. Dale Mallory's lawsuit has been thrown out of court.

Dale Mallory was impeached and removed from office by members of the West End Community Council on the 21st of February. The recommendation of the impeachment committee was unanimous. The vote from the body came to 31-10, with over 75% of his neighbors voting to give him the axe.

Dale took over two dozen people to court with two different lawsuits. Today, Dale's last remaining lawsuit was thrown out of court. Dale's lawsuit never made it past the motion to dismiss.

***********************************

Update:

A reminder on what Dale said about this lawsuit and his impeachment on Newsmakers with Dan Hurley:

Dan Hurley: Well the other side of this is a controversy inside the West End Community Council, and as I understand it on January 23rd you were impeached or expelled as the President. You are now in court, suing some of the members of the West End Community Council. As somebody, a sort of grass roots politician, that is what community councils are all about. What does that say as you run for state office?

Dale Mallory: What that says is that the opposition and the so called impeachment, which didn’t happen Dan, is bogus. There was no executive committee meeting to form a hearing committee for an impeachment. There was money that was taken by the Vice President, and the president. And the President and the vice President still have that money this day. The Vice President…

Dan Hurley: You are talking about Shirley Colbert?

Dale Mallory: Well you said it I didn’t.

Dan Hurley: Yeah well, you are suing her.

Dale Mallory: Yes, and the only reason that I brought them to court Dan is to bring them into a courtroom so that somebody can tell the truth. There is a lot of money being spent behind Shirley Colbert and somebody is bankrolling her.

**********

Dale tried to tell the truth by avoiding two depositions and then having his case thrown out on it's ass. What a smooth operator.

The truth is out there.

It was a poorly written lawsuit to begin with. I am surprised that Lawson was able to get the first two continuances. It was that bad.

They had to know this was coming. Look for some serious damage control spin by the Mallory camp.

The Channel 12 6PM news was priceless. It should get 12 News an award. Showed the boarded up 925 Dayton St. mansion where Marcus Jenkins lives. Also showed the tax arrearage statement from Dusty Rhodes' records.

N8 is on a real psycho rant. He's telling Bowtie Bob to F(*k off, the truth will come out after Peterson's been fleeced by Bob, the whole 9 yards. N8 needs to take his medicine.

Lawson's lame excuse for wanting yet another continuance was an absolute scream. He didn't think he was going to score again, did he?

The burning question now is, will Dale$Sale sue Lawson for legal malpractice??

We knew this was going to happen. It was a no-brainer. I'm so looking forward to the damage control from the Mallory Mafia & all their stooges.

This was a big win for the Truth Squad & a monster win for the West End folks. Fight back, you can do it & win!

Lawson had to know this attempt at asking for a continuance was going to fail. You don't send your flunky coffee & copy boy in to deliver the continuance rationale to a Judge. (Gawd, I laughed like hell when I saw the film of N8 in the Court Room, dressed like a wannabe attorney. Notice he's going bald in spots? Psycho rants will do that to a dwarf.)

N8 isn't an attorney. N8 isn't even a paralegal. N8 isn't a little man. He's a little dwarf, but not a man. N8 is what he is, a foot soldier flunky for the Mallory Mob & Lawson's go-fer boy.

Dale's going to need a fast paycheck. My advice to him is get a decent attorney with some smarts & sue Lawson. And but the damned case on the fast track. Hell, Dale's got a powerful Daddy, get Daddy to make deals to yank Lawson's license. Don't get mad, get even.

Nate reminds me of Benny from L.A. Law. Except Benny liked women.

And Benny was taller than 3'6".
his IQ was over 50, and he had a better court presence.
Benny knew how to tell time and could deliver mail to a judge on time.
N8 f**##d up his simple job today.
Mallory Mafia and Kennie are mad at him.
Memo to Nate....hire Omar to protect you.

Mr. Turner,
Be nice.
Leave the hate rhetoric for N8's and the Dean's blog.
Let's have a group hug and sing cumbuya (sp?).
The truth squad won today. We are not haters. We want to build our urban neighborhoods and we have a chance with the good leadership Robert Killins provides.
Leave the potty mouth stuff to the other blogs. Let's help Eve, fight CityLink and build a great neighborhood.
Wish Nate the best in helping Ken Lawson revive his sinking legal practice. We don't need them to be added to the homeless ranks.
Nate and Ken are a paycheck away from being homeless, that's why they support CityLink.
God bless us, everyone!

Mr. Turner, we like to have fun here, but when it is time to buckle down, we get the research work done. Although you are entitled to your thoughts & opinions, I join in with the Truth Squad in suggesting that you take your innermost thoughts directly to those who you wish to receive your message.

It's important that the West End folks & their supporters have people to help out. It's also important that Eve gets elected & CityLink becomes a faded memory.

Mr. Turner, if you have something worthwhile to contribute, I'm sure the Truth Squad would welcome more help. We're getting down to the wire here & positive input is needed. Thank you.
