Carstairs.....a number of Hale supporters will meet at 8:30 am Sat.8/19/6 in the parking lot of St. Marks Church of God in Christ (off Ezzard Charles....way back)

This is all news to me. Don't email me for details. I have no idea what this guy is talking about. I will be sleeping at 8:30 am on Saturday. I think anonymous has me confused with someone else.
You would think as a founder and major contributor on this blog I would have some clue as to what is going on. It isn't true. I read posts all the time that I have no clue what people are talking about. Some of you people need to remember to take your meds.

I'll be there. We might have to keep it brief or move along, as the Family Reunion Parade is going thru somewhere near the church.
I'm still attempting to clear up scheduling problems to get to the bus terminus tomorrow morning.
Court News: the zip-a-dee-doo-dah about Kenny Lawson moving on up to be da Judge is just that. Rumor. Zip-a-dee-doo-dah. My trusted sources, who are close to the action, even remarked about him doing poorly in Court of late. I backed that up with his bumbling around, whining & sounding like a honking duck.
As I understand it, there's been a little deal cooked. Judge Helmick is now running unopposed in the November election. Judge Bill Jr. is going to take Judge Niehaus' seat when he retires early next year. I'm attempting to get clarification as to whether his term is up & he's chosen not to run, or, he's just retiring outright & Judge Billy is backfilling.
Regardless, that's going to leave a Municipal Court bench seat open. I need to check to ascertain if this is filled by the Governor or an appointment by a Judges' Commission.
Although Kenny backed Joe Deters to the hilt in the write-in election & claims to be Republican, the matter is still firmly rooted as rumor. There's been no deals behind closed doors to date.
However, the Court House is rollicking in laughter over the IRS, National City Bank, Xerox, etc. running in hot pursuit of Kenny. I tossed in about the woman garnishing his company profits to get her retainer money back. That rocked the wall of that solid, well-built building (gosh, it's like a fortress). If you want to bring tears of laughter to anyone's eyes in that place, mention Xerox & they'll oblige you.
Again, thanks for the update. MD, you & I were on the end of getting this on our calendars. Regardless, I'll be there on Saturday. It's my obligation.

Dallas Ron, That's the name. Carstairs. There's no references, no tie ins, no mysteries.
It's just a name. As in one's last name, family name. It's that simple, that EZ.

Memo to Vlad: Thanks for your kind comments on the topic discussion. I hated to be a bloghog, but I ran some searches & believed the info would help tie pieces & incidents together. Finding stuff & getting it out there fast is critical.
P.S. Last update I've learned, Timbo isn't going to do anything about Jail4Dale. At least there doesn't appear to be any movement & there's no talk, not even a whisper.

Anon 11:54, the Loser-Dog lives in rent. His landlord has him tied up in Common Pleas Court on matters surrounding ignoring an Eviction. BTW, he's renting out in Wyoming, where the ah, let's say, the upscale, better folks live. Which, obviously, makes him nothing but a hypocrite & a liar. A real phoney.
You brought up an interesting question - actually, some of these other people might be left to wither on the vine.
Lawson doesn't have a stakehold in any community, no personal investment, interest or roots. The boy's a bag of baloney.
At his debtor exam, maybe someone should ask him about his investment in Cockroach's BBQ.

Genesis Scandal Figure Back at City Hall

A person who headed Cincinnati’s now defunct Neighborhood Services Department before retiring several years ago — after she was transferred and questioned about her role in the Genesis Redevelopment scandal in the West End — is back at City Hall.
Cheryl Meadows, formerly a department director, recently was hired as executive director for the Cincinnati Human Relations Commission (CHRC). She quietly began her job Aug. 14, and the agency made no public announcement about the hiring.
