The Dean put a new thread on The Beacon about the appalling CEC expenditures: New Beacon Thread.
A thread posted in the last week on The Beacon is closing in on 70 replies. The thread became hot once legendary race baiter Nathanial Livingston came back from the dead to defend Dale Mallory. Nate claims that Dale Mallory is still the rightful President of the West End Community Council, and that Dale still has secret meetings of "The Real" West End Community Council.
That got our crack staff working overtime. Evidence points to the fact that Dale does indeed hold these meetings. We found a man who attended the meeting, and even procured a ticket stub from the event. True to form, this forum remains on the cutting edge. We are the worldwide leader in Impeach Mallory News.
The Ticket Stub:
To assure journalistic integrity, the ticket stub has not been altered in any way. I wouldn't have believed it had I not seen it with my own eyes.

Update: Tonight I added a counter on the sidebar to count the number of days since Dale cleaned out the community's bank account.

I am surprised that Korte never picked up on the fact that the EZ paid Dale to sign up voters while he was a candidate running for State Rep. That would seem to be a pretty serious no no for the non-profit status of the EZ. No way in hell should they be doing that, it isn't even a gray area.
Korte also could have pointed out that Dale reported directly to a man that Dale had appointed in Len Garrett.
Korte is ballanced. He goes out of his way to be fair to both sides.
And I just figured out why Dale needed to draw down the WECC bank account on the 19th. That was the same day Dale was holding the meeting. He needed that money to buy Nate a ticket.
Funny....I didn't see a PRICE on said ticket. Y'know you have to pay the Poverty Pimp Cabal in one way or another....the crooked bastards. A ticket for a supposed neighborhood meeting? Where is that permitted in the neighborhood council by-laws????
scratch that last commentary---I get it!!! (LOL!!!) That's hilarious!
The price on the ticket is listed as $1,119. The same amount that Dale withdrew on May 19 in a check made out to cash. And the ticket is for the same date. It is all begining to come together. This is the smoking gun.

Money, money everywhere. Friends, cronies, you name 'em. And part of the story is exposed on the West End property transaction, something the Truth Squad has already examined carefully.
In addition, the man who owned Simone's in E. Walnut Hills, which recently closed, claimed he owes the EZ a lot of cha-ching on a loan he secured from them. (I'll get the link)
The big question here is, had the Truth Squad not swung the spotlight on the EZ & warmed up those insects, would these loans utilizing taxpayer dollars, had just hung out there on their books unaccounted for & never talked about or put on due notice for collection? You decide.
Thanks again to Greg Korte for helping the Truth Squad get the honest & truthful message out to the public, who have been blatantly ripped off by a bunch of people who clearly have no experience in operating a not-for profit venture & who have lined their pockets quite liberally at the expense of people out there working to make ends meet.

As an aside, once the DeSales Pharmacy was robbed by someone with sticky fingers & an Oxycontin habit early last Winter, it was a matter of time before that corner was going to fold up. Simone's was a rather nice, little change of pace spot, but, I don't think residents in the general area were doing much about the everyday criminal aspect. But, that's a topic that needs to go elsewhere.

each time I log in to make a comment I find that there is nothing I can write to express my awe at the coruption you have uncovered. I wake each morning hoping that the FBI announces that they have opened a formal investigation. You have practically given them the case. The problem is that the Mallorys are connected at very high levels. it is obvious to this blogger that even the republicans want Dale in office. Where is that Post guy? Is he supporting Dale too?

The Republicans want them in place because they serve as great NOT-SO-OBVIOUS BLACK "OBERSEERS" in place of the OBVIOUS WHITE "OBERSEERS." Put it like this...I was once told by a very white, RepuGNANT/BLICAN male that Cincinnati was known as the "city that works" in many national circles. "Why is that?" I asked..."Because Big Business works in tandem with the POLICE and government to keep everyone in their 'place'".....he replied.
HUH? WTF????? I couldn't believe my ears.
But give it some thought. The Mallorys and the crooked JB's and their minions KNOW this and are willing to SELL OUT THEIR OWN for the table scraps that "de MASSAS" and "de OBERSEERS" throw to them. Meanwhile, taxpayers and law-abiding citizens of ALL nationalities pay in more ways than 50 for ALL of their crooked B.S. and growth of the REGION is stagnated as a result. It sounds simplistic, yes. There are a slew of other variables involved of course, however, until we RID of ourselves of the seemingly, prevailing modus operandi of WAY too many officials...we will ALL continue to PAY, regardless of race, religion, creed, color or sexual orientation. These issues affect us ALL and thank GOD for the TRUTH SQUAD and your continued efforts in toppling the madness.

I missed this 6/26/6 Whistleblower story:
Girl Man Mayor Mark Mallory lives with his mommy and daddy at 925 Dayton street. Never trust a politician who doesn't pay property taxes as he has no stake in the city. That house is valued at $120,000 and they pay only $1,046.40 in property taxes.
Dale Mallory must live in his car or one of those homeless shelters he sponsors, as his Dayton Street is valued at $12,600, and is boarded up and hays no stadium tax assessment. His other piece of property at 2022 Baymiller Street had its value go down from $6,800 to $5,900!
It's a cinch, the Mallorys won't be asking for a Board of Revision Hearing any time soon, like our Beloved Publisher Charles Foster Kane, whose property values were jacked up after the Disingenuous DemocRAT County Auditor's "certifiable" appraiser got caught with his contrived bureaucratic attempt to justify the Auditor's computer-generated 41% increase.
Open Thread, so how about a few updates on that crack criminal attorney, Kenny Lawson. Maybe tiny N8 will see this & go back in his box & shut up. 2 down, countless more to go:
06CV16316: sho 'nuff! He took some lady's retainer money she was depositing for her son's appeal. Kenny, true to form, did squat. Bupkus. Never returned the lady's phone calls, Kenny's secretary refused to cooperate with her, the lady sent him 2 letters & he never responded.
Well, the Judge had enough of that zip-a-dee-doo-dah. Kenny owes her $2,500.00 plus 6% interest. The lady didn't get mad. She got even. filed a garnishment order to make damned sure she got her money back!
In the Xerox copier case (sorry, forgot to get the number), the Judge didn't fiddle around with this either. Actually, he dropped the hammer: $36,795.65 plus 18% interest from 11/16/05 plus Xerox's attorney fees $9,189.99 plus court costs. (No wonder his midge has time to blog now. No doubt Xerox took the copier & is hanging Kenny on the line for what he owes.)
Other cases are continuing, including the battle with his landlord over eviction & non payment of rent.
What goes around, comes around. Don't stir up dirt in this 'burg, because it'll bite you in the keister when you least expect it. Kenny's getting his just deserves. No wonder he panders to the Mallory outfit. He's got to get a little walk around money somehow, seeing his law business has all but tanked.
And this clown thinks he's in line to become a Judge? Gosh, N8 must have bought him some nasty loco weed in Northside! Dream on, Kenny, dream on!
