Why is Dale Mallory cutting checks four months after he was impeached?
How many checks did Dale Mallory write since his impeachment?
How is that not a criminal act by definition?
Where are the bank accounts? Where are the historical records? Dale Mallory closed down the bank account on June 1st. He obviously has access to them. Why doesn’t the West End Community Council have access to West End Community Council bank accounts and historical records?
“Empowerment Corp. board member Len Garrett said he wasn't aware that Mallory was holding regular meetings with CityLink organizers. Garrett said Mallory's contract called for him to act as a liaison between the Empowerment Corp. and neighborhood community councils all over the city -- not to work on specific developments.
"If I had known he was working with CityLink and billing us, I would have stopped it," Garrett said.”
The Enquirer reports that Dale submitted papers and got paid for meeting with Len Garrett about the CityLink project. How is Len Garrett unaware? Is Len Garrett lying, or is Dale Mallory falsifying reports?
Dale said that his YMCA expenditure was approved by the Council in February. Dale was impeached in February. Check the tape. It didn’t happen. How does Dale Mallory reconcile this easily proven fact?
Did the YMCA know about Dale’s checks beforehand? What were they for?
Did Lamont Taylor and the Executive Committee of the Cincinnati Empowerment Corporation recommend that Dale contract be terminated in February when he was impeached? Did Mayor Mark Mallory step in and ask them to hold off until after the May primary?
Why are the only supporters of the CityLink / Crossroads Community Church “Homeless Mall” in the West End on the payroll of either CityLink or the Empowerment Corporation?
Who appointed Len Garrett, George Beatty, and Howard Beatty to the Board of Directors of the Cincinnati Empowerment Corporation?
Why have hundreds of people from Crossroads Community Church attended community meetings in the West End?
Does anyone in the West End WHO IS NOT GETTING PAID support the moving of homeless shelters from OTR and putting them next to three schools and a playground?
The people that scream the "NIMBY" (Not in my backyard) criticism aren’t living in the “backyard” that this facility will be placed. Why is that a valid argument when they are putting it in someone else's backyard?
And in cases where they are living in "the backyard", like Dale Mallory, they are getting paid for their support.
Which is more legitimate, a taxpaying citizen who cares about his community or a whore politician that accepts money to pursue an agenda against the best interests of his constituents.
Once people in the community find out that every supporter got paid, that makes them even less likely to support the project. Not that anyone wanted it anyway.

Perhaps we should print them on the back of the mugshots and pass them out at Crossroads this Sunday.
The evidence is telling the world that Dale and his CitiLink friends have been lieing and screwing the West End since day one.
Kudos for your perceptive line of inquiry.
Maybe we should ask these questions at City Hall too.
I would add:
Who is Kathy Norris? Who paid her and for what? Who was paying her when she was unplugging microphones and disrupting West End Community Council meetings?
I can't wait to see what comes of this development. If he still gets to the State house after this, heaven help us all. I am still one of those people who didn't know what was really going on, still kind of disappointed.
Dale is going to the State House. The Mallory family is a political dynasty and the 32nd is the Mallory seat. Dale will be state rep, and he won't forget who fought him.

Norris is a witch though. She did pull the plug. I thought that she was paid by CityLink.

She was billing the Ez $120/hour to promote citylink.
Papa Bill introduced her as a Citilink PR person, but she billed the Ez $30,000 in Nov/Dec.
I'll bring my copy of the invoices to the next WECC meeting.
Ask around, you will be able to see the outrageous CityLink bills that were paid by government funds.
Who was the individual that Dale Mallory wrote the last check to? What was that check for?

The check was made out to the YMCA for $1,000. He closed the account 6/1/06, 3+months after his impeachment.
D4S wanted to impress Uncle Carl L who donated $10mil for the West End Y. The Y opened that weekend and D4S was presenting himself as WECC pres.
The Y returned the money to the WECC when they learned Dale stole the money.
The WECC still doesn't have the bank records.
What were the sources and uses of funds for the past several years? No one knows....Dale's not telling.
The police have the case and doing DD.

The media also said there was a check cut for $116, $119, something like that, to "an individual". That's what dried up the National City account.
The thou went to the YMCA, but according to Blanchard in a previous post, & a phone call I received, the Y rejected the check & reportedly gave it back. I'm not clear if it went back to an authorized representative of the WECC, or back to (oh my gawd!) Jail4Dale.
Memo to N8 11:35AM: The only place Dale is going is to jail, then on to the state joint. You need to get that through that pea brain of yours. Look at it this way, it'll be one less Massa giving you orders to do grunt work. And one less chunky, illegal paycheck. Move on, midget!
That last small hundred something check went to Monique James.
She runs some non-profit org and will probably return the money too.

Rest assured the check the Y returned went to the real WECC - not Dale Mallory. Interesting that Monique James received the second, smaller check. Monique James was a part of Genesis. I'll hunt for the link, but in the meantime Google "Genesis" - she'll pop up. Monique has also been working on "Asset Mapping" in the West End with Dale Mallory and none other than co-plaintiff Marcus Jenkins. Smell it people......smell the fraud.

Blanchard, you're spot on in this game! The name Monique James sounded familiar in reading the contributions made by the folks. Yeah, she does pop up when you Google Genesis. When I was looking to where they are housed (Mound St), her name's in the documents.

Anyone else remember Dale Mallory promising to clean up the Genesis mess by disassociating with the previous directors? Directors such as Len Garrett, the Beatty group, and now...Monique James.
Dale rolled most of the group right into the formation of Renaissance West and further, the Empowerment Zone.

MALLORY-CITYLINK CONNECTION A CONFLICT
In response to the letter "Citylink coverage seems inconsistent" (June 15), The Enquirer is to be congratulated for consistently and factually reporting the actions of Dale Mallory. Mallory's actions relating to his support of Citylink were baffling, in the face of overwhelming community opposition to Citylink. Now, the residents of the West End, as well as the rest of Cincinnati, understand why. While Mallory was acting against the will of the people, he was supposed to represent, he was pocketing taxpayer money throughout the process.

DALE MALLORY WAS WRONG ON CITYLINK
The writer of the letter "Citylink coverage seems inconsistent" (June 14) claims The Enquirer either has flawed coverage or Dale Mallory was the voice of reason. This is clearly a faulty dilemma.
The Enquirer coverage has been excellent; Greg Korte interviewed me at least twice, and his depth of knowledge and understanding was impressive. Mallory was impeached because he had a hidden agenda and was paid to subvert the will of the West End Community Council.
The Dale Mallory invoices to the empowerment zone show he was paid with federal funds to support and promote Citylink. Citylink's Mark Stecher claimed Citylink was "faith-based" and had no government support. Now that is a real inconsistency.

.....the proud owner of Junebugs building (as of June 5, 2006) is..... Mr. Harold Cleveland. The property switched hands (from OFRP, aka Theo Holmes) to a trust on June 5th, and then to Harold Cleveland, also on June 5. Why would an investor purchase a property (for an undisclosed amount) and immediately have the property up for sale? Or was he the property owner when the property was listed? Perhaps it sold at a private sale and this action didn't affect the listing with Remax. Looking for a MLS history report to find out what date this currently active listing was listed.
I forgot to mention...Theo Holmes was a receipient of EZ funds under the dba C&H Renaissance.

Blanchard, everyone, I looked up this go-between trustee, Christopher Hurlburt. Doesn't appear that this guy has any real estate in his name. Criminal record - a speeding ticket on Kellogg ages ago. Name sounds familiar for some reason.
Chris Hurlburt, Esq. is in a second floor office at 808 Elm Street, the same building where Kenny Lawson has his law offices. Hurlburt is with the Xanders & Xanders law firm (George Xanders' wife, Ann, owns the building). It seems Chris is owner agent of DK's Paint & Drywall.
OFRP is Theo Holmes' paper company. We've talked about that before. OK, Theo "sells" the Junebug property to Hurlburt for 137K. Then, there's no sale price from Hurlburt to Harold Cleveland. Smells like some illegal property flipping. (There's all sorts of greedy clowns who recently took plea deals with the Federales for such business dealings - Killinger, Deimer, etc.)
However, with this Hurlburt being in the building owner's offices, in the exact same building with offices rented by Kenny Lawson, just doesn't pass the sniff test.
When are the West End thugs going to realize we aren't exactly stupid people??

Trustee: one who holds property in trust for another.
In reading what everyone has written, it doesn't seem likely that this Hurlburt fellow was acting as a true trustee. I could be wrong, as I don't know much about law, real estate law.
On paper, it looks like Theo sold it to this Hurlburt & he just turned it over to Cleveland.
If it were 3 months later it was turned over to Cleveland, I guess I could understand. Gives Harold enough time to work out loans or cash in unmarked bills. But to turn it over on the same day, seems a bit fishy.
Perhaps someone else knows more how this goes. I agree with the one blog poster, it looks like flipping.
Blanchard should be added to the contributors that post headline segments on this blog. He is on top of it and he deserves the headlines. It needs to be out front and not just in the comments.
