Dale Mallory annointed to the Family Seat

As expected, Dale Mallory was elected to the Ohio Statehouse. Nationwide the country experienced a historic election in which the Democratic Party has taken back both the House and probably the Senate. Nationwide this is a good thing. We have had enough of one party government. For the 32nd, this could be a disaster waiting to happen. Dale Mallory will be the first person sticking his hand out in Columbus.

Voter issues tended to be national issues and not local ones. Dale Mallory has ridden a wave of both his family name and voter discontent and that wave is taking him to Columbus. Even under felony investigation, Dale Mallory never had to campaign, submit to interviews or even do much of anything to get elected. We here at the IMB don't think he will do much of anything but steal in Columbus, and we are dedicated to watching him closely.

Kimberly Hale never had chance. No Republican is going to win the 32nd. The district is gerrymandered and drawn for a specific outcome, and that outcome is always going to be a Democrat. The chance to really defeat Dale Mallory was with Eve Bolton or another Democrat. No Republican was going to win the 32nd.

If Dale is ever to become unseated, it is going to have to happen in the Democratic primary races. Now that Dale has been elected, he enjoys the advantage of being an incumbent along with the powerful family name. To unseat a Mallory would be legendary in the 32nd, because it has never happened in four decades. This is the Mallory Family seat. Realistically, Dale Mallory is going to be in the Ohio Statehouse for eight years until he is term limited out.

That doesn't mean that their isn’t a bright side to this result. Consider that the unemployment figures will be favorable. Dale just got his first long term employment in the last decade. For a guy that couldn't hold down employment, that is a bonus. Maybe now Dale can become a taxpayer. He could start by paying down his outstanding property taxes and paying off his court ordered debts.

And think of the great things this means for the West End Community Council. Now that Dale Mallory is State Rep, he no longer will keep claiming that he is the West End Community Council President. We impeached him nine months ago, but we will finally get rid of him when he goes to Columbus. We can finally take our community back. Our loss is now a gift to the entire 32nd district. Enjoy him, we don't want him back.

Another positive outcome is the last exodus of the Mallory clan from the West End. Dale gets to go to Columbus, and he was the last Mallory left standing. William Sr. and Fannie long ago moved to Mr. Airy, where they live with their unmarried son Mark. Dale doesn't own his own home, and he only moved back into the West End after a WECC member protested in 2001 that he didn't even live in the West End.

Also standing to gain are the debt collectors that showed in court that Dale Mallory owes 37,000 in unpaid back debt. Now that Dale has a job they can start to garnish his wages. For the next eight years they can expect to be on schedule. Good for them, but I fear that the people of Ohio's 32nd will pay far more.

We will continue to watch Dale Mallory in Columbus. We will continue to watch the expenditures of the Cincinnati Empowerment Corporation. And we will continue to fight the CityLink Center Homeless Maul on every front. The results today were completely expected. Today was not a defeat, but a call to action and vigilance against Mallory corruption.

I let my workers off for election day. Caring about how they vote is not as much a concern as THAT they vote. Any party's progressive muscular arms are people representative; that is, they represent the best of the neighborhood guy and gal that has not gotten too high on the party ladder that their view of the whole agenda, not their own tamale.
The citzen as a party voter is much segregated from the mainstream citizen. While they are given marching orders for "their party", people in independent ranks are not as unfortunate. Independents, along with a few courageous Democrats and Republicans who will work for a particular candidate or cause regardless of party affiliation are rare, courageous leaders.

Remember from this campaign that Mr. Mallory has more allegiance to the Republicans becasue of the amount of dough that was funnelled his way. In our realestate markets we are savvy when "greasing the wheels' with lobbyists like Wieland, Finan, Aronoff, to get what we want. The Democratic Sweep ticket was much of his carrying power, along with his last name. There are places that citizens could work with Dale Mallory, but he does not have then brain to connect them to help the 32nd. That's where we, if we live or do business in the 32nd, have to form alliances across other borders; we have to lead the way, not elected officials. We become their energy in their battery.

The role of the people that supported Mrs. Hale is to continue to lead in their neighborhoods, form alliances with other groups for wider influence. Many of us are not politicians, we are the common ground troop of citizen action. A best start sometimes with congratulating the winner - there are no victors here. Offer your help in some of the matters they will be part of, but in such you do not have to sell yourself to them --elected leaders do not own the citizens; citizens can be the control pads of the elected. Then formulated plans for finishing the present work and building on that while adding other connections.

For all the facts this blog has brought and borne, for all the conviction you have provided, you cut a wider swathe than most ever will. This is just not Mrs. Hale's campaign, or exposure of aggreviances against an errant sell-out neighbor, this is citizen action at some of its best. One wonder with all the threats and harm that has been put upon this group how you have bee able to sustain, you provide facts to one another, you set out to get matters accomplished. Your road did not end with yesterday's election, nor will it end with the next rounds of voting, neighborhood issues. Bloggers here and neighbors have to pull more together to equip our streets for betterment.

The job is only begun for restoration of people and neighhborhoods, safety and prosperity. It still lies in all of our hands. This gathering that comes to this part of the net universe has the work, heart and style of the craftsman to undertake this. You are not alone in this walk.

It is a sad statement to the people in my district, the 32nd district, that they would vote a criminal into office knowing full well he will steal from them. The only thing that I can think is that this is voter apathy, and stupidity at its finest.

Antares, I couldn't have said it better.

Our work has just begun, because we will NOT get any assistance in any form from Columbus. It's going to continue as it has under another incompetent, a Mallory puppet, Cathy Barrett.

It's a given that Dale isn't going to do spit & if he does, it's going to be something we'll have to fend off with every ounce of people power we can muster.

A couple of consolations here - our girl Kim gave this loon a real run for his money. He can't tell anyone he wasn't worried.

I truly hope that the voters who did mark the square for Dale can live with themselves. I really do. It shows the character & integrity of these people. Nothing but common trash.

Dale will now have to start paying off all his court-ordered debts & back taxes. There isn't a Judge sitting that's going to accept any stupid excuses from this idiot.

We're not finished with him or his entire lot. Quite the contrary. As mentioned by another blogger, we have all his ancillary business interests still under the microscope. And for the duration, Dale will also be under a high-powered microscope. Hope Columbus gets a good clue in the beginning of his faults & proclivities.

The Mallory machine is tough to confront. Dale is but a pawn in the network that protects him. It is amazing how little he has done with his life, and now he is State Rep.

Fellow bloggers and blogetts, it has been a long road to get where we are. let us not forget the many accomplishments that we have had. And understand that we have learned a great deal about our Cities corruption. We have made a huge difference and we willcontinue to do so. Unlike most politicians Kim is in it for the long haul and we are all solidly behind her. She got 34% in a very liberal black voting district at a time where the liberals swept the elections. Id say that Kim did pretty well.

Also one more huge success that the average Joe would not be aware of. John Cranley sold his sold to get the balc vote in this last election. He gave Chabott a tough run. My sources tell me that had Cranley won he woudl have back filled his council seat with none other than Alicia Reece. Imagine what council would be like if she returned?

Does anyone have the CPD case number on Dale? The fact that we filed a complaint should be public information and there shoudl be a case number assigned to it

How does one sell their soul for the black vote? Cranley is a Democrat. The main problem in the Democratic Party is that they take the black vote for granted. They don't have to sell their souls or compete for it, they are given the black vote in every election.

I am a bit behind in reading my mail. I just got two cards in the mail one from Bill Mallory the judge and one from Dale. The one from Bill only says vote mallory , x years of judicial expierenced, and endorsed by the FOP, no picture no first name. The next card has dales picture. This was intentionally misleading voters by Bill Mallory. Bill did not need to send cards he ran unopposed. I wonder who paid for his cards. There may be something worth investigating here in terms of frauding the voter.

Anon 5:19, I had heard that story too, until a bigger bomb dropped about 2 weeks before the election. The bomb story was that Timbo promised the backfill seat to Rev. Damon Lynch, a kingpin race baiter, riot starter & mob connections to the Beatty Crime Family & the Mallorys.

I was going to vote for John, but to save the City from going completely belly up, I gritted my teeth & colored in the square for Chabby. I hated to do that to John, but one has to take desperate measures in desperate times.

Kiddos, another good thing we've got going for us is with having a Dem Governor, the law poodle has lost all chance of backfilling Judge Bill's seat.

Anon 5:45, CPD has file numbering system purely for their own records. It won't get a court case number until it goes thru the system. Contrary to popular belief, CPD documents, especially while an investigation is underway are not public documents. Please sit tight. Keep checking back. Once documentation arrives in the public domain, you will see them here.

I hope you haven't been mislead by another blog that claims they have connections to the senior command at the CPD. That blog published that there's no investigation going on, no files, no papers, nothing. That's a bald-faced lie. If anything, the senior command would feed that particular person a pack of baloney in the effort to start a wild goose chase. Trust me on this.

I recently had a request to put some puzzle pieces on the rest of the Mallory outfit. This project is starting to develop.

I don't know where the Cranley rumors are coming from. I didn't hear any of them.

Would Cranley pick his replacement or Tim Burke? If Cranley couldn't pick his replacement then the Cranley conspiracy is a moot point. I think they leave that to the party.

Cranley himself was once a replacement. He may have been the last Dem replacement on Council. He came out of nowhere and he was a good choice all things considered. Maybe the Dems would have done that again. Tim Burke will do what is in his self interest, and I am not so sure Damon Lynch fits that mold. I could more easily see Sam Herd there.

Anon 9:06

Shrewd move by the Mallory political machine. They are good at what they do, and it is impressive how they use the Mallory name. They don't call it a dynasty for nothing. Dale didn't even have to campaign.

In addition to Judge William Mallory's concurrent mailings with Dale they also had him running radio spots. All for a guy who was running unopposed for Judge. Dale also had spots running paid for by the Hamilton County Dems. He really had three campaign funds to dip into, all for a campaign in the 32nd, which really should be a district the Dems don't have to spend on.

I think those Mallory's know something about politics. They just got Deadbeat Dale elected without ever having to appear in public. That Mallory name is big time.

One the mailings, check the bulk or other permit numbers. According to campaign finance laws ezch campaign, no matter family tie, uses different permit numbers. That is part of the checks and balances of the finance end. If you run again you can use the same permits numbers.
ezier for the local or state entities to check. This may have come from a pac disbursement. Find the pac, find the pacman.

Male Dallory:

The Ohio Democratic Party is the one who forked over $25,000 for Dale's ascendency to the family porcelain throne, not the Hamilton County Dems. This means that Chris Redfern paid a princely sum for the honor of having to deal with Dale's deals in Columbus.

Assuming that Dale shows up for work.

Assuming that Dale goes to commitee meetings.

Personally, I'm starting to see the bright side of Dale and his entourage of goons at the Statehouse. Imagine the look on all the liberals faces when Dale, N8 and the Bug wander the hallways doing the meet and greet.

In many ways we tried to keep the hood's dirty laundry in the hood. Now the Hood Robbers are heading to the Capital to see what they can steal. A bit embarassing for Cincinnati, but oh well, we told you so.

OK, guys, what are you going to do now? Please concentrate on preventing City Link.

Get started now on finding a really great candidate to challenge in the 32d primary. Start working now. The time to stop whining and saying "I told you so," is over. It's time to get to work.

Unfortunately, Brinkman won again in my district, even tho Steve Silver was an excellent candidate. I was morose......for about an hour. Now I'm getting to work on changing that in 2008. Remember, we have a new president to elect in 2008.

Not so fast peanuts breath.
Yeah, it started with CityLink.
But it ends with CityLink, EZ and the Mallory Mafia biting the dust.
If and when CityLink goes away, the TS will still keep a light shining on those 2 corrupt groups.
Maybe even take a gander at 3CDC.
We need to focus on CityLink now.......but those other cesspools need to be controlled and/or eliminated.
