The Whistleblower recently covered the Dale Mallory situation. If you don't already read the Whistleblower you should. They also took some shots at his inept lawyer Ken Lawson. As a bonus, they also had some CityLink coverage.As an aside, the staff here at the Impeach Mallory Blog are going to look into the CityLink prison release allegations and report back to our gracious public. Dale absolutely will preside at the next meeting and I’m told there will be a legal vote at that time to remove Shirley Colbert who has been legally impeached. You people live in a fantasy world where the community council doesn’t take a vote on CityLink but you all keep claiming they did; a standing vote rejects removing Mallory, but you folks keep claiming he was impeached. Somebody needs to notify the authorities because some folks are going to need suicide watch when this is all over.

From what I was told, Dale4Sale was tossed out of GE for drugs. I had heard stories about theft, but couldn't get a clear confirmation on that. Wouldn't be surprising, but when there's drugs, there's theft & today, there's guns.
And the Mallory media machine covered it up & buttoned it down. I couldn't get anything clarified as to what the Mallorys promised GE in return for their silence. However, that was a quick open & shut issue. Sealed air tight.
The story that was always used as a smoke screen was that Dale was working for the Post Office. I always found that a bit hard to believe, after I heard the GE story.
I'm going to have to think through what I remember of the last bits of the Genesis fiasco. I do remember that the late Jackie Shropshire & that problem maker, William Kirkland (African American Cultural Commission) were up to their eyeballs in that mess. And these 2 birds did plenty of lying & backpedaling to City Council when the Genesis business hit the floor at City Hall.
One of these days, Kirkland's going to get his due. He's working both sides of the fence with those Black Klan people - N8, Lawson, Kabaka, Nikki, what's left of the Black United Front - you know, all the bottom feeders.

Dale4Sale was "hired" in Dec. 1999 as the exec director of Genesis, as the "Board" dismissed Ty Gilbert Shabazz for a bunch of things, including shoddy bookkeeping. One suspects he took the fall because the scam was up on these crooks.
Then in June 2001, Dale4Sale is voted in as President of the WECC. There's where I'm having a problem in an attempt to tie all this together. I recollect he did this big Robin Hood thing & everybody fell for it. (Mallory Mafia media machine at work here?)
At any rate, Dale4Sale stated that Genesis was going to be scrapped completely. However, after the election, Phil Heimlich reversed his thinking from a 1999 City Council decision with Pat DeWine & Todd Portune on cutting off their money tree. Understand that Minette Cooper, Tyrone Yates & Dwight Tillery saw no reason to cut off their money at the height of this fiasco.
You also know that the Junebug boys, George Beatty & Howard Beatty were up to their ears in the Genesis mess.
Here's some other scary things. Dale4Sale seems to be a real gadabout. He sits on the boards at Invest in Neighborhoods (our NSP money), Arts Consortium, Community Compass (which isn't doing much these days) & the Brent Spence Bridge Project.
It seems the Mallory Mafia took the pages directly from the Kennedys & the Chicago Syndicate (Al Capone & foes)on community goodwill. One of these days, someone will listen to us - not only are they political kingmakers, they are also in on the shady deals in this city with people like Lindner, Dick Weiland, Roger Ach, Bill Butler & other shysters. They've got their fingers in the right cookie jars to manipulate a lot of things.
I think as we gather in names & bring incidents together, we will be able to fit the puzzle pieces & show just what sort of person Dale4Sale really is, AND, who's pulling the strings on this show.
