Mallory sues West End council
THE ENQUIRER

Dale Mallory, who was removed as president of the West End Community Council by members on Feb. 21, filed a lawsuit in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court on Monday, claiming he was illegally removed and asking to be returned to the office.

The lawsuit was filed against the West End Community Council's vice president, Shirley Colbert.

The dispute centers on CityLink, a one-stop social service agency to serve the poor, homeless and drug-addicted, that Mallory has supported. Some community council members who are opposed to CityLink sought Mallory's ouster.

Neither Mallory nor Colbert returned calls seeking comment. Mallory is the brother of Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory.

Dale Mallory is going to regret dragging Colbert's name through the mud.

Dale is now subject to a counter-suit. What a treat it will be to see Dale squirm under oath. The criminals on Dale's side vs. the solid citizens on the other side. The people Dale is sueing have no fear of the truth. The Mallorys should be VERY afraid of the truth.
This will be fun to watch.

Mallory claims all sorts of rights under various voting laws that don't apply to a corporation election. The WECC is a corporation and not covered by the voting laws. His arguements are laughable.

That is as poorly a written lawsuit as one could ever expect to find.

Mallory is going down in flames. Ken Lawson is a Crossroads guy, I guess we just expected him to be literate.

Nate Livingston is going to lose again tomorrow when they throw that case out. He needs to take it like a man and move on.

I am still up on CityLink though. I am so up on CityLink I spent 1.4 million on a property that I can't even use.

I am in the wrong line of business.

CITYLINK ROCKS! WOO HOO!

That lawsuit looks like one last gasp to get CityLink back on bank street.
